Start a cluster so it can be used to run Magpie workloads

Syntax

start cluster <cluster reference> [if stopped]

Parameters

cluster reference

String. Name of the cluster to start.

if stopped

Optional flag. Tells start command to only attempt to start the cluster if it is already stopped.
